Scholarship Details
APJ Abdul Kalam Scholarship provided by The Minority Welfare Department of Kerala. Financial assistance will be provided to the students who belongs to the economically weaker section so that they would be able to continue the diploma courses without thinking about any financial hurdle. Main aim of the scholarship is to provide educational opportunities to the children so that they would be able to build their own futures.
Award
Under this scholarship programme selected scholars will received an amount of INR 6,000 per year.
Eligibility
- Student should belong to minority community.
- Family annual income should not exceed 8 Lakhs.
- Student should be a native of Kerala.
- Admission must be in merit seat.
- BPL Students will be given preference.
- Student should study in Govt/Aided /Govt Approved self Financing Polytechnics.
Documents Needed
- Aadhar card of the student.
- Students Caste certificate.
- Birth certificate of the student.
- Bank account passbook.
- Class 10th marksheet of the student.
- Application form print out.
- Mobile number.
- Passport size photograph of the student.
