• Personal and Professional Development: The program helps to develop leadership skills by cultivating essential leadership qualities such as:
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strategic communication and collaboration
  • Navigating complex situations and making sound decisions
  • Leading with empathy and purpose
• Build a Global Network: This program will connect the participants with a diverse cohort of students from around the world who share similar backgrounds and aspirations. This network provides:
  • A supportive community for sharing challenges, experiences, and successes
  • Collaborative learning opportunities through peer-to-peer interaction
  • Potential lifelong professional and personal connections
• Enhances Resume and Portfolio: The program will provide all the tools and techniques to help the participants stand out from their peers when applying for a job. 
• Free Access to Harvard Study Modules: Students will be provided exclusive access to Harvard career-ready materials and other resources.  
• Live Interactive Masterclasses: Virtual sessions led by renowned faculty members from Harvard and other world-class institutions. 
• Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of each module, the participants will receive a certification of completion. A participant will receive 3 certificates in total if they complete the 3 modules. 
• Grant and Mentorship Opportunities: Seed funding of ₹85,000 will help students take risks and start initiatives that might positively impact social impact in their community or region. To avail of this seed funding, students will have to submit a project proposal.
• Community Action awards up to ₹8,50,000.

Eligibility

• 18-29 years old
• Low-income background
• First-generation college student or recent graduate but not enrolled in a graduate program
• Intermediate level English
• Open to students within the age group of 18-29 years.
• The annual household income of the applicants should be less than ₹8,00,000.
• Only first-generation learners are eligible to apply for the program.
• Participants who have enrolled in or completed an undergraduate program in the last three years are eligible to apply. (Note: Those who have enrolled in or completed a master’s or postgraduate program are not eligible to apply.)
• Applicants must have an intermediate level of proficiency in English.

How To Apply

Eligible candidates can apply for the Aspire Leaders Program 2024 online by following the steps mentioned below –   

• Visit the official page.
• Read all the details carefully and Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button of the respective category of program.
• Login to Buddy4Study with your registered ID and land on the ‘Application Form Page’.
  • If not registered – Register at Buddy4Study with your Email/Mobile number/Gmail account.
• You will now be redirected to the ‘Aspire Leaders Program 2024’ application form page.
• Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
• Fill in the required details in the online application form.
• Upload relevant documents.
• Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’. 
• If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
