Scholarship Details
BEML limited, a central public sector undertaking under ministry of defence invites applications from deserving SC/ST students who have passed PUC/XII standard with 60% of marks (SCs) and 55% of marks (STs) and presently pursuing 1st year of engineering degree in mechanical/automobile/industrial production disciplines for awarding scholarships.
Preference will be given to the students belonging to rural background and economically backward family with no other person in the family having regular job in any Govt/Private sector.
Award
The estimation of the Scholarship will be restricted to endorsed Government expense in the Government universities short some other Scholarships from the Government or different source(s), regardless of whether the Institutions are Government/Aided or Un-helped/affirmed Private colleges/Institution.
On the off chance that any SC/ST understudy is getting Scholarship from some other source and which is by chance more than the Government charge, he/she can likewise apply for BEML Scholarship and upon choice, he/she will be entitled to repayment of procurement of books and instruments not surpassing Rs.2,500/ - per semester. Likewise, the Hostel charge will likewise be repaid subject to the creation of verification.
