Scholarship Details

The meritorious and deserving students of weaker section of the society will be able to pursue the post-graduation and professional courses without thinking about any financial hurdles. All the finally selected students for DCT Scholarship Scheme of Goa will get an award of annual scholarships.

Award

All the selected students will get the total Financial Assistance of Rs.5 lakh. This financial assistance will cover tuition fees and other charges including mess fees and hostel fees.

Eligibility

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Goa.
• The applicant must have secured admission to a professional or any postgraduate program in Goa or in any institution in India during the specific academic year.
• The applicant must have complete the graduation degree with minimum 80% of marks from the recognized University.
• The applicant must not availing the benefit of any other scholarship.
• The annual family income of the applicant should be less than Rs. 6 lakh from all sources.
• Students studying outside Goa are also eligible for annual financial assistance.

• Aadhaar card of the applicant
• Date of birth certificate of the applicant
• Income certificate issued by the Competent Government Authority
• Domicile certificate
• Passport size photograph of the applicant
• Mobile number of the applicant
• Previous year examination mark sheet
• Bank account details of the applicant
• Letter of admission of the profession of post graduation program
• Receipt of tuition fees hostel fees mess fees
• IT returns of parents for the last three years
