Scholarship Details
HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship is for meritorious students belonging to the underprivileged sections of society. The programme is for students for PG level.
Award
Under the scheme, students who are unable to bear the cost of their education due to any financial issues will get monetary assistance of up to Rs 75,000. Those who are at risk of dropping out will also be helped under the scholarship scheme. The scholarship has been introduced under the bank’s flagship programme - Educational Crisis Scholarship (ECS).Eligibility
- Students who are currently studying in Class 6th to 12thfrom any Government Aided or Private school can apply for HDFC Bank Parivartan's COVID-19 Crisis Support Scholarship Program.
- Student who are pursuing ITI, Diploma, Undergraduate, Post Graduate, or Ph.D. course from AICTE/UGC/State/Central Government recognized colleges/universities, are eligible for this scholarship.
- Students must have passed the previous qualifying examination with at least 55% marks.
- Annual family income must be less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh (2,50,000).
- Students, who are economically very poor and can’t afford their educational cost or dropping out due to any person or family crisis, can apply for HDFC Scholarship Scheme. In that case, there is no minimum Mark's requirement.
Documents Needed
- Passport size photograph.
- Last year’s marksheets (2019-20) (In case, you don’t have a marksheet for 2019-20 session, please upload the marksheet of 2018-19 session.)
- Identity proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving Licence).
- Current Year Admission Proof (Fee Receipt/Admission Letter/Institution ID Card/Bonafide Certificate).
- Applicant Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque
- Income Proof (any of the three proofs given below)
- Income Proof issued by Gram Panchayat / Ward Counsellor / Sarpanch
- Income Proof issued by SDM / DM / CO / Tehsildar
- Affidavit
- Income tax return File last year
