Scholarship Details
The Directorate of Higher Education Government of Maharashtra has started the Jawaharlal Nehru University Scheme. Students who are not able to pursue their academics due to a lack of finance, the Government take the initiative to provide financial aid for those who have taken admission in graduation and post-graduation at Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Award
The selected students who are chosen for this scholarship will receive INR 8,000 per month and an additional allowance of INR 10,000 per annum.
Eligibility
- The Students should resident in Maharashtra.
- The Students should be studying at Jawaharlal Nehru University.
- The Students should be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate course.
Documents Needed
- Fee receipt of the candidate.
- Domicile certificate of the candidate.
- Previous year marksheet of the candidate.

- Step 1: Visit the official website for the application form.
- Step 2: Click on 'New Applicant Registration'.
- Step 3: Fill in all required details, verify the email and phone number.
- Step 4: Complete the Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometric.
- Step 5: The candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number if they opt for OTP authentication.
- Step 6: Complete the registration process by filling in all the required details.
- Step 7: Log in using the username and password.
- Step 8: Complete the scholarship application, upload the necessary documents and submit.
