Scholarship Details

Students from Jharkhand state can apply under the Jharkhand E-Kalyan Scholarship 2022. The State Government of Jharkhand along with the Department of E- Welfare has decided to provide a scholarship program for students who wanted to study further. Because of their financial condition, they have to drop out of school and do labor work or other day to day work to earn a living. So the government has come up with this yojana.

• Due to this scholarship, the student can easily continue their further education despite their poor financial conditions.
• The government also provides them financial assistance for studying after class10th board exams.
• There are various schemes also running in the state for the welfare of students or children.
• Because of this scheme, the number of drops out from the schools will also stop.
• Jharkhand E-Kalyan Scholarship program has specially designed for students belonging to Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribe, and Other Backward Class categories.
• So students can easily apply under the registration process from the online official website at any time from anywhere within the last date of submission.
• In addition, students can pursue education without any financial crisis.
• As a result, many application forms have been received by the department of e-Welfare.
• Students whose family income should be under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) and also belong to certain caste and categories can take advantage of this scholarship program.
• For getting the scholarship student should have also a bank account number.
• Also, that bank account number should be linked with their aadhaar number as per the guidelines of the government of India.
• However, the amount of scholarship will be sent to the beneficiary bank account through Direct Bank Transfer Method.

Eligibility

• The applicant should be a student who has passed the 10th board class recently.
• The student should be a permanent residence of Jharkhand state.
• The applicant should be from the SC, ST, or OBC categories.
• Students should have taken admission to a  recognized university or board of Jharkhand state.
• The family income of the student should not be more than 2.5 lakh Rupees for SC or ST.
• For OBC students family income should not exceed the limit of 1.5 lakh rupees per annum.

• The 10th Class Score Card given by the board
• Caste Certificate
• The Income Certificate of the family
• Permanent Residence Certificate issued by Jharkhand state
• Aadhaar card of the candidate
• Bank Account details of the candidate
• School Bonafide Certificate for session 2022
• Mark sheet of the previous qualifying examination
• Admission number from school or college
• Passport Size Photograph of the candidate
• Valid mobile number of the candidate
