Scholarship Details

This Scholarship will be provided to students of minority community (Muslim - 37, Sikh - 22, Christian - 2, Budhhist - 24, Total = 85 Students) to pursue Degree / Post- graduate level Technical Professional Courses from any Recognized Institutions.

Award

Maintenance Allowance (For 10 months only):

  • Hostlers - Rs.1000/- per month
  • Day Scholars - Rs.500/- per month

Course Fee:

  • Hostlers - Rs.20000/- per annum or
  • Actual whichever is less Day Scholars - Rs.20000/- per annum or Actual whichever is less
Eligibility
  • The student should belong to a Minority community (Muslim/ Sikh/ Christian/ Buddhist).
  • The student should be pursuing a degree / post-graduate level technical professional course from a recognized institution.
  • The student must have secured at least 50% marks in the last qualifying examination.
  • Annual family income of the student should be less than INR 2.5 Lakh from all sources.
Documents Needed

Mandatory Documents:

  • Institution Verification Form
  • Declaration of Family Income
  • Declaration of the Student
  • Attested Certificate of Last Exam Passed as filled in the Form
  • Fee Receipt of Current Course Year
  • Proof of Bank Account in the Name of the Student

Optional Documents:

  • Aadhaar card (UID / EID No.)
  • Address Proof
  • Income Certificate as required by the respective State Department in the advertisement (In case of Parent/Guardian are employed Income Certificate from the employer)

How To Apply
  • Step 1: Visit the official website of NSP
  • Step 2: Go to the New registration option
  • Step 3: Enter the required details in the registration application
  • Step 4: Complete the registration by verifying the number and email ID by enter the OTP
  • Step 5: Now go to the apply link of the scholarship you wish to apply for and click on it
  • Step 6: Fill the application form and Upload the documents as prescribed
  • Step 7: Submit the form and take print out
