Scholarship Details

The scheme is only available for the students of the Bihar state. Students who have passed class 10th examination with 1st or 2nd division, can apply for this scholarship. An incentive amount will be provided to them. Age of the candidate should be between 18 to 35 years and must be completely unemployed.

Award

• All the boys and girls who have passed the 10th board examination with 1st division, will be given Rs.10,000/- by the state government.
• Rs.8000/- will be provided by the government to the students of SC and ST passing from the 2nd division only.

Eligibility

• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar.
• Applicant must be completely unemployed.
• The boy / girl should have passed in the 10th board examination in the year 2019 from 1st or 2nd division.
• The applicant should be registered in the employment office of the state.
• The applicant should have the prescribed educational qualification.
• Applicant's age should be between 18 to 35 years.
• The annual income of the applicant/applicant's family should be Rs 1.5 lakh or less.
• The applicant must not be accused of an offense in which he has been sentenced to imprisonment for 48 hours or more.
