Post-Matric Scholarship for EBC Students

Scholarship Details

The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are studying at the post-matric level. This scholarship provided by The Social Justice Empowerment and Welfare Department of Sikkim. The selected students are granted Scholarship/Financial Assistance for pursuing Higher education.

Award

Under this scheme students will get variable awards.

Eligibility

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Sikkim states
• Student should be pursuing studies at the post-matriculation level
• The annual family income of the applicant should be less than INR 1 Lakh

Documents Needed

• COI/SS Certificate of the student
• Student's 10th Standard Mark sheet
• 12th Standard Mark sheet of the student
• Mark sheet of Latest Qualification completed by the Candidates
• Pass mark sheet of the previous academic year of the student
• BPL Card/Income Certificate (annual income of parents from all sources not exceeding Rs.1 lakhs)
• Copy of Bank Pass Book showing account number and IFSC Code of the student
• Aadhaar Card of the student
• Fee paid details of the student
• Caste Certificate of the student

• STEP 1: An applicant have to visit the official state scholarship portal for the Sikkim State
• STEP 2: The homepage of the website will be displayed on Applicant's screen
• STEP 3: Applicant have to click on the Register Now button
• STEP 4: A new webpage will be displayed on the screen
• STEP 5: The guidelines for registering for this scholarship will be displayed on the screen
• STEP 6: Now applicant have to register yourself successfully by filling up the registration form
• STEP 7: Upload all of the documents and successfully submit the application form
