Post Matric Scholarship (SC/ST/OBC)

Scholarship Details

The aim of this scholarship is to support SC/ST/OBC category students financially for completing post matric level education from class 11 to above. So that the incidence of drop-out, especially in the transition from the elementary to the secondary stage will be minimized.

Award

• SC/ST (Hostlers): INR 3,800
• SC/ST (Non-Hostlers): INR 2,250
• OBC (Hostellers): INR 1,000 for Class 11 & INR 1,100 for Class 12
• OBC (Non-Hostellers): INR 600 for Class 11 & INR 700 for Class 12

Eligibility

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
• The applicants must belong to SC/ST/OBC community.
• The applicants must be studying at the post-matriculation level, i.e. class 11 to Ph.D.
• The applicants should have scored minimum 50% marks in previous qualifying exam.
• The annual family income should not exceed INR 2.5 Lakh for SC/ST applicants.
• The annual family income should not exceed INR 1 Lakh for OBC applicants.

• Aadhaar Card.
• Recent Passport size photograph.
• Residential proof.
• Caste Certificate.
• Income Certificate.
• Bank Account Details.
• Self-attested Copy of last Qualifying Mark sheet/Certificate.

• Step 1: Visit the official website
• Step 2: Go to the New registration option
• Step 3: Enter the required details in the registration application
• Step 4: Complete the registration by verifying the number and email ID by enter the OTP
• Step 5: Now go to the apply link of the scholarship you wish to apply for and click on it
• Step 6: Fill the application form and Upload the required documents as prescribed
• Step 7: Submit the form and take print out for further use
