Pre Matric Scholarship for OBC Students offered by The Backward Class Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Government of Uttar Pradesh is inviting applications for Pre Matric Scholarship for OBC Students. The scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to the needy people, who are not able to pursue their study due to financial problem.

Eligibility
- Applicant should be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh
- Applicant must belong to the OBC category
- students studying in class 9th and 10th are eligible
- Students family income should have less than INR 1 lakh per annum from all sources
Documents Needed
- Applicant must have Domicile certificate
- Applicant must have Caste certificate for cast validity
- Passport size photo of the student
- Residential proof of the student
- Students' Mark sheet of previously qualified examination
- Current year fee receipt/admission letter of the student
- Applicant must have Income certificate and proof
- Birth certificate of the student
- Student ID proof
- Bank passbook of students and parent
