Scholarship Details
This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to the eligible students of SC and OBC category, so that they can pursue their studies successfully which will help them pursuing post-matric level study. From SC community, the student must be studying in class 9 or 10 and for OBC community, the student must be studying in class 1-10 to be eligible for getting the benefits.
Award
For SC community students:
- Day scholar – INR 225 per month for 10 months
- Hostellers – INR 750 per month for 10 month
- Books and Adhoc grant for Day scholar – INR 525 per month for 10 months
- Books and Adhoc grant for Hostellers – INR 1,000 per month for 10 months
For OBC community students:
- The hostellers studying in Class 3 to 10 will receive INR 500 per month for 10 months
- The day scholars studying in Class 1 to 10 will receive INR 100 per month for 10 months
- Ad-hoc grant of INR 500 per annum
Eligibility
- An applicant must be a domicile of Delhi.
- The applicant must belong to SC or OBC community.
- An applicant must be studying in Class 1 to 10 for OBC and class 9 to 10 for SC in a school recognized by Govt. of a central/state board of secondary education.
- An applicant must have an annual family income less than INR 2.5 lakh for both SC/OBC.
- The applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship.

- Previous qualifying class mark sheet / certificate
- Fee structure ( if applicable)
- Residential Proof
- Bank details of students (Aadhaar seeded)
- Fee receipt ( if applicable)
- Verification letter (for outside Delhi application)
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Caste Certificate (for minority self-declaration)
