Scholarship Details
This scholarship is for minority students of class 1st to class 10th. The main aim of this scheme is to encourage parents of minority communities to send their children to school in a regular basis for good education. Thus the number of drop outs will be minimized.
Award
- INR 500/- per annum for admission fee and tuition fee
- Maintenance allowance of up to INR 600/- per month for 10 months
Eligibility
- The candidate must belong to the minority community (Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain & Zoroastrian/Parsi) of Goa.
- The scheme is for candidates studying in classes 1st to 10th.
- Must have scored at least 50% marks or equivalent in previous examination.
- The annual income of the applicant's family should be less than INR 1 Lakh from all sources.
Documents Needed
- Aadhaar card of the applicant & his/her parents
- Previous year certificate/mark sheet
- Residential proof
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate
- Bank account details (linked with Aadhaar)
- Minority Certificate (only for Sikhs and Jain Shwetambara)
- Bonafide Certificate from school 9. UDID Number (For differently-abled students)

- Step 1: Visit the official website of NSP
- Step 2: Go to the New registration option
- Step 3: Enter the required details in the registration application
- Step 4: Complete the registration by verifying the number and email ID by enter the OTP
- Step 5: Now go to the apply link of the scholarship you wish to apply for and click on it
- Step 6: Fill the application form and Upload the documents as prescribed
- Step 7: Submit the form and take print out
