Scholarship Details

This scholarship is for engineering students who belong to economically weaker sections of society and need financial assistance to pursue their education. Under the scholarship programme, students from the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu can get financial aid to continue their engineering studies and become the leading technocrats of tomorrow. The aim of this scheme is to encourage talents from the economically weaker sections of the society by educating them, developing their skills, and providing them employment.

Award

Selected candidates will get up to INR 75,000 per year for the complete duration of the engineering programme.

Eligibility

• The scholarship is open only to students belonging to the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
• Applicants must have scored more than 60% marks in Class 12 (Science) in the academic session 2021-22.
• Only applicants enrolled in 1st year of the engineering programme at any recognized colleges in India can apply.
• Engineering branches that shall be given preference include -

  • Telecommunication
  • Metallurgy
  • IT
  • Mechanical
  • Production
  • Instrumentation
  • Mechatronics 
  • Automobile
• The annual family income of the applicants must be less than INR 5 lakh.

[NOTE: Children of employees of Schaeffler India or Buddy4Study are not eligible for this scholarship programme.]

• To start the application process you are now needed to click on the "Start Application" button.
• Fill in all the details required in the online application form.
• The next step will be uploading the relevant documents.
• You now have to accept all the terms and conditions.
• Click on the Preview button.
• Finally, after checking all the details in the application form, click on the final submit button to complete the online application procedure.
