Scholarships for PG/Degree & Engineering Level Courses for General

Scholarship Details
The scholarship is for all the students belonging underprivileged backgrounds and who are pursuing PG/ Degree/ Engineering courses from the institution recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The objective of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance for education purpose.
Award
Total of 175 selected students will get the following benefits:
- General category students - INR 300 Per month
- SC/ ST category students will get a 100 % scholarship and INR 500 Per month
Eligibility
- Candidate must be a Bonafide student of H.P or ward of H.P government employee.
- Candidate should pursuing PG/ Degree/ Engineering course from a AICTE recognized institution.
- Candidate must have scored a minimum of 60% marks in the previous examination.
- Family income should be less than Rs.36,000/- per month from all the sources.
Documents Needed
- Aadhaar card
- Passport Size Photograph
- Himachali Bonafide Certificate
- All mark sheets from Matric onwards
- Latest Bank Statement of the Students Bank Account
- Income Certificate (Issued by an officer not below the rank of Tehsildar)
