Scholarship Details
State Government Open Merit Scholarship, Maharashtra 2022-23 is an initiative of the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Government of Maharashtra to financially help Class 12th passed students of Maharashtra. The selected students will receive INR 100 per month. The aim of this scholarship is to encourage students to further their studies many schemes are run by the government.
Award
The selected students will receive up to INR 100 per month.
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra.
- The applicant must have passed the Class 12th examination.
- The applicant must have secured 60% marks in the Science exam and more than 60% marks in Maths & Physics.
Documents Needed
- Previous year's mark sheet.
- Domicile certificate.
- College Bonafide certificate.
- Other relevant documents.

- Visit the official website of the Maharashtra government scholarship portal.
- Go to the new applicant registration option.
- The application form will open on the screen where you have to enter the ask details.
- After filling in the details, select get OTP for mobile number.
- You will receive an SMS, enter the OTP you received.
- Now hit the register button to complete the registration process.
- Log in with the portal by using your registration id and password.
- Now choose the scheme name for which you desire to apply.
- The form will open on the computer screen, mentioning all the necessary details as asked in the form.
- Attach the significant documents as required.
- Review the completed filled application and submit it.
- Take the print of it for further use if required.
