Sudakshya for Girls Child Scholarship (General)

Scholarship Details

Sudakshya for Girls Child Scholarship scheme is provided by The Skill Development & Technical Education Department, Government of Odisha. Aim of this scholarship is to encourage the girls towards technical education. This scholarship provide financial assistance to the girl students who wants to pursue higher education. Students will get variable award under this scheme.

Award

• Students will get Reimbursement of Admission and Hostel Fee
• Applicant will receive Reimbursable cost of uniform Rs.3000
• Maintenance Allowances for hosteler will get Rs.1500 per month, for Day Scholar will get Rs.500per month
• Maintenance Allowances Rs1000/- per month for Apprenticeship Training after ITI inside the State and Rs1500/- per month for outside the state
• One Month Maintenance Allowances of Rs5000/- after completion of 6 months on Jobs outside the State

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a citizen of Odisha state
• Applicant must belongs to General category
• Applicant must be an I.T.I./I.T.C. student

Documents Needed

• Student must have Aadhaar card
• College Id Card of the Student
• Applicant must have Copy of passbook of Bank account with the account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
• Student must have Passport size Photograph
• Applicant should have Income Certificate of the Parent/ guardian
• Self Declaration Certificate of the student
• Students Marksheet of the last examination

• Step 1: Visit the official website for the application form
• Step 2: Select registration option which is available on the top of the page
• Step 3: Read the details, tick the checkbox and choose I Agree option
• Step 4 :Further read, tick the checkbox and select proceed button
• Step 5: Enter the Aadhaar number and select verify
• Step 6: Enter the OTP and mention the further details
• Step 7: Select register option and login with portal
• Step 8:Go to the apply button and select the scholarship scheme
• Step 9:Fill the application form open on screen
• Step 10:Mention all the significant details and upload the documents
• Step 11:Review the application and submit it
