Scholarship Details
The scholarship aims to encourage the poor and needy students pursuing higher education. This scholarship is only meant for those who are in first year of any undergraduate or postgraduate course in Government or Govt. aided colleges or University Departments in Kerala.
Award
The selected students will received INR 10,000/- per annum.
Eligibility
- Applicant must belongs to SC/ST community.
- The applicant must be a domicile of Kerala state.
- The applicant must be the first-year student of any undergraduate or postgraduate course from Government or Govt. aided colleges or University Departments in Kerala.
- It is necessary for the students to secure a minimum of 50 % marks in the qualifying examination.
Documents Needed
- Income Certificate.
- Nativity Certificate.
- Community Certificate for SC/ST applicants.
- Attested copy of mark list of SSLC, attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Copy of the Mark sheets of Qualifying Examination attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Disability Certificate in case of candidates of the PWD category.
- Certificate from the Local Body to establish that the applicant belongs to the BPL category.
- Documents in support of excellence in Arts/Sports at State/National levels, attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Attested copy of first page of bank pass book in the name of the student (attested by a Gazetted Officer).
