To be eligible for the Merit Scholarships at SPJSGM 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• General Requirements:

  • Be admitted to a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program at SPJSGM for the 2025 intake (e.g., BBA, MGB, GMBA, Master of Artificial Intelligence in Business, or Executive MBA).

  • Open to all nationalities, except for specific awards targeting groups like Australian, Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Singaporean, or Latin American citizens for the GMBA.

  • Maintain a required CGPA (typically 3.5 for postgraduate programs) and abide by SPJSGM’s Code of Conduct during the program.

• Undergraduate Programs (e.g., BBA, Bachelor of Data Science):

  • Minimum high school academic performance:

    • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma: Minimum score of 38 (predicted grades of 38 are eligible).

    • NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent): Minimum Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of 90.

    • A-Levels: Minimum grade A A in three advanced level subjects in the same sitting.

  • Achieve at least 75% aggregate in Class 10 and 12 examinations.

  • High scores in entrance tests: Minimum 60% in SP Jain Entrance Test (SPJET) or equivalent SAT/ACT scores.

  • Conditional on achieving the scores specified in the offer letter for Year 12 (if not available at application).

• Postgraduate Programs (e.g., MGB, GMBA, MAIB):

  • Minimum 75% aggregate in Class 10, 12, and each year of undergraduate studies.

  • High entrance test scores:

    • GMAT: Minimum 720.

    • CAT: Minimum 95 percentile.

    • SPJAT: Minimum 90% or equivalent.

  • For the SP Jain President’s Scholarship Award (postgraduate only):

    • Meet at least 4 of 6 criteria for USD $32,500 award or 3 of 6 for USD $16,000 award:

      • Professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CFA, lawyer, doctor, defense personnel).

      • Over 85% in Class 10/12 and 75% in undergraduate degree.

      • Minimum admission interview score of 40/50.

      • Exceptional postgraduate qualifications or certifications.

      • Outstanding achievements in social service, sports, or extracurricular activities at a national/international level.

• Undergraduate Programs:

  • Tuition fee waivers ranging from USD $3,000 to USD $18,000 per year, renewable for up to 4 years (total up to USD $72,000).

  • Applied as a direct reduction to tuition fees (e.g., BBA tuition: USD $22,000/year).

• Postgraduate Programs:

  • Tuition fee waivers up to USD $10,000 for standard merit scholarships.

  • SP Jain President’s Scholarship Award:

    • USD $32,500 for candidates meeting 4 of 6 criteria.

    • USD $16,000 for candidates meeting 3 of 6 criteria.

  • GMBA-specific awards:

    • USD $37,500 for Australian, Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Singaporean, or Latin American citizens, with Singaporeans receiving an additional SGD $5,000 bursary.

  • In rare cases, scholarships may cover housing fees (subject to Scholarship Committee discretion).

• Additional Awards:

  • Dean’s List Scholarship: 10% tuition fee waiver for students on the Dean’s List for both semesters of an academic year, renewable if maintained (stackable with existing scholarships).

No separate scholarship application is required for most Merit Scholarships; candidates are automatically considered during the admission process. Follow these steps:

1. Apply to SPJSGM Program: Submit an application for an undergraduate or postgraduate program via the SPJSGM admissions portal (www.spjain.org/apply) for the 2025 intake.

2. Submit Required Documents:

   • Undergraduate:

     • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets (or predicted grades).
